Mimi Berlin Blogger Team went to see 3 fashionshows, held by art universities in The Netherlands. Edition 2019. We went to Arnhem, Amsterdam and The Hague. We also produced 3 Mimimovies for you. (In poor quality as always.) Have a look see how happy all the students are! We feel that’s one of the most beautiful parts of student-fashion-shows.

DLAH showed a “Holiday Resort Happening” The basis for this presentation was a question they asked themselves about fashion: what happens to clothes if you take away it’s functionality. The audience wasn’t really included in this questionnaire; we were left to think for ourselves whilst (a lovely cast) of models passed us by in a monotone choreography. The models were holding lifesize illustrations, mostly executed in plastic, of “looks”.
Twelve BA fashion students showed their final graduation work at the humongous Europahal in the RAI convention center. See that work below, in order of appearence.

MimiMovies aren’t always knackscharf, they are made to give you an idea of what a fashion show, or mostly the finale, looked like. For professional clips best go to the Mercedes-Benz FashionWeek Amsterdam site
